A seamless digital experience for employees is bound to impact a business positively. It is also imperative evangelize a robust platform equipped with best security features. These are examples on how a CIO can maneuver business towards digital transformation.
Lines between technology and business are blurring and CIOs are expected to have knowledge of both business & tech trends. Modern day CIOs are looked at as enablers of digital transformation who help their companies move hand in hand with the latest technologies. Hence it is essential for CIO to be involved at every step in a business, as digital transformation will play a role in both shaping and building the required capabilities in the success of an organization.
